DATE REQUIREMENTS and FORM (NOTICE: Due Tuesday, March 12) This is to give Mr. Boyd, who will be approving outside dates, ample time for approval before prom tickets go on sale.

DRESS REQUIREMENTS

Tickets will be available for purchase on Wednesday, March 20 – Thursday, March 28.  Tickets will be $60.00 each. (This price includes the cost of the venue, DJ and a sit-down meal.) You may purchase tickets from Mrs. Arledge.

PARKING AT BY THE WATER: Staff will be available to guide you to a designated area to park.

On the day of the prom, it is tradition for us to take group pictures before prom begins.  We ask that juniors and seniors arrive at By the Water at 6:10.  Juniors will take a group picture at 6:20.  Seniors will take a group picture at 6:25.  Because of limited parking, we ask that parents refrain from coming to By the Water.

GROUP  PICTURE LOCATION AND TIME:
The Lion’s Gate Manor will be available to take pictures beginning at 5:00 pm.  The Lion’s Gate Manor has MANY picture options. We will take a group picture of all the juniors at 6:15.  We will take a group picture of all the seniors at 6:20.  Both pictures will be taken at the waterfall. At 6:25 all students will make their way up to the Pavilion while parents leave Lion’s Gate.

PARKING:
When you get on to Stewart Road, look for the lions at the first entrance of the Lion’s Gate Manor.  Students – go past the first Lion’s Gate entrance then you can park in the grass on the side of the road.  (A person will be there to instruct you.) Parents (PLEASE CARPOOL WITH GRANDPARENTS, Aunts/Uncles – PARKING SPACES ARE LIMITED) – pull into the first Lion’s Gate entrance then proceed to go straight beside a green little building.  Follow the drive into a gravel parking lot.
