End of Year Financial Information:

• If your student will be receiving funds from any external sources (SC School Choice Funds also known as ESTF, Folds of Honor, ECENC, etc.) for the 2026-27 school year, you MUST let the financial office know of award of these funds as soon as you are notified, and prior to requesting any payment to SCA.
• All accounts must be at a $0.00 balance before students may participate in K5 graduation (May 19) or senior graduation (May 22).
• All accounts must be at a $0.00 balance through May for students to be reenrolled for 2026-27, or for records or transcripts to be released.
• SCA billing runs from June to May.  Billing for the new school year will begin the first week of June.
• Tuition assistance applications for returning students are due April 30.  For guidelines and application go to https://scawarriors.org/tuition-assistance/
• WARRIOR OVERTIME -Warrior Overtime paperwork for next year is due May 20 for returning students.  Registration fees will be billed in August when other Warrior Overtime billing begins.  Warrior Overtime summer camp applications are due prior to your child staying in summer camp.  Registration will be billed as you sign up.  No new summer applications will be taken after June 30.  Summer camp fees MUST be paid on Monday morning of the week your student is staying.   Your student may not stay for the week if we do not have paperwork on file, and payment for the week.  For full Warrior Overtime information got to https://scawarriors.org/warriorovertime/

• Billing statements are emailed by the 5^th business day of each month.
• Emailed statements come from arena@fbns.org  (First Baptist North Spartanburg)
• All payments are due by the 20^th of each month. Bills are subject to late fees after the 25th.
