The Chapman Cultural Center partnered with the Herald-Journal on an art show, held in the Chapman Cultural Center lobby, Wednesday evening, August 15, 2018. The show coincides with the release of this year’s high school football preview edition, which features the work of 15 artists, one from each high school in the Herald-Journal’s coverage area.
